What you'll need

What happens after you submit

  1. We acknowledge within four working hours.
  2. Compliance does a quick licence + bank-reference check (typically same day).
  3. We propose a starter credit limit and payment terms (usually NET-30, sometimes NET-15 for newer files).
  4. You countersign the trade agreement. The account is live.

Credit limits — how we set them

We start most accounts at a conservative limit (commonly AED 25,000–75,000), then expand as the file performs. Pay on time twice, and the limit usually doubles on the third order. We do not run hidden trade credit scoring; the basis for changes is your actual payment history with us.

What disqualifies an application

An expired trade licence, a mismatched establishment address, or refusal to provide a bank reference. We've also turned down applications where the requested credit limit was wildly larger than the bank reference would support — not as a rejection, but as a starter limit that we'd revisit.

NET-30 vs NET-60

NET-30 is standard. NET-60 is available on a case-by-case basis for established buyers with six months of clean history with us. We are not in the business of extending the longest terms in the market; we are in the business of being predictable.

Most new trade accounts start with a hardware order — review the bulk laptops UAE pricing and MOQ guide before you apply so your first PO lands in the right tier.
